Privacy

Visiting a site about mental health shouldn’t be something anyone can track. So this site keeps things simple.

  • No cookies, ads or third-party trackers. No social media buttons, no embedded videos, no fonts or scripts from other companies.
  • No forms and no accounts. We don’t ask for your name, email or anything else.
  • Simple visit counts. We may use our own copy of Matomo, an open-source analytics tool, without cookies, to count pages viewed and links clicked. It runs on our own server; nothing is shared with or sold to anyone. Your browser’s “Do Not Track” setting is respected.
  • Server logs. Like every website, our host keeps standard access logs (IP address, page, time) for security, deleted on a rolling basis.
  • Light or dark mode is remembered in your browser’s local storage on your own device, not sent anywhere.

Links to other sites (crisis lines, YouTube, sources) leave this site, and those sites have their own privacy policies.
